We live in 3 dimensional world. Many figures around us have different configurations. There are some solids which follow unique criterion.
1. Made of polygonal faces
2. All faces are regular in nature - Each side is of same length
3. Same number of faces meet at the vertex
Following 5 solids show these properties.
- Tetrahedron
- Cube
- Octahedron
- Dodecahedron
- Icosahedron
Nets are 2 dimensional representation of these 3 dimensional solids.
While experimenting with these figures / shapes , I created these files which contains Nets for these 3 dimensional solids, for my own use.
